CPTAC Data Exchange Sandbox

The Data Exchange Sandbox is a private resource for the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) to facilitate the transfer of data between the Proteome Characterization Centers (PCCs). Each PCC has a designated area to exchange data with members of their own research team. Project folders are provided for PCCs that collaborate in breast, ovarian, and colorectal cancers. In addition, all CPTAC members can access a CPTAC-shared area where files can be exchanged between investigators at different PCCs and with scientists from The National Cancer Institute (NCI), The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and the CPTAC Data Coordinating Center (DCC).

The CPTAC Data Exchange Sandbox is managed by the DCC project team with scientists and engineers from Enterprise Science And Computing (ESAC) and from Georgetown University (GU). This resource is supported by NCI at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
