CPTAC Private Data Portal

The CPTAC Private Data Portal has three functions: (I) Submission of mass spectrometry data from the Proteome Characterization Centers (PCCs) for processing through the Common Data Analysis Pipeline (CDAP) and release to the CPTAC Public Data Portal, (II) Private distribution and exchange of clinical, proteomic, and genomic data from cancer cohorts in the CPTAC2 and CPTAC3 programs, and (III) Collaborative sharing of results between the PCCs, Proteogenomic Data Analysis Centers (PGDACs), and Proteomgeomic Translational Research Centers (PTRCs) prior to publication.

The portal is managed by the DCC project team with scientists and engineers from Enterprise Science And Computing (ESAC) and from Georgetown University (GU). This resource is supported by NCI at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), contract numbers HHSN261201100106C and HHSN261201100106C.
